Le Gevrey-Chambertin<\/span><\/span> \u201cLa Brunelle\u201d du Domaine Henri Rebourseau<\/span><\/span> est un Gevrey-Chambertin Village en monopole, issu d\u2019une parcelle historique situ\u00e9e au c\u0153ur du c\u00f4ne alluvial de la Combe de Lavaux. Ce terroir m\u00eale sols bruns calcaires, graves et limons, offrant un Pinot Noir \u00e0 la fois profond, \u00e9l\u00e9gant et tr\u00e8s repr\u00e9sentatif du caract\u00e8re de Gevrey.<\/p>\n

Le vin se distingue par une expression raffin\u00e9e du Pinot Noir bourguignon : intensit\u00e9 aromatique, texture velout\u00e9e et belle persistance. Le domaine travaille en agriculture biologique et biodynamique avec des vinifications peu interventionnistes afin de pr\u00e9server l\u2019identit\u00e9 du climat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
